A great continuation of Cam and Michelle's story. Some questions are answered about Cam's back story and you get to meet some other characters. Well developed and well written as always by Highton-Stevenson who has yet to disappoint.

As a science fiction book it was enjoyable. The relationships developed through the main characters and the secondary characters was solid. I also saw this as a statement against xenophobia which is something that can lead to the downfall of any society.

Unconventional Lovers by Annette Mori

GENRE: Lesbian Romance

This is an amazing double love story that includes some very amazing characters. There is not enough books written about characters who are different in any way and this was such a sweet, amazing, eye-opening book. Definitely a must read.

The Liaison (Desert Willow, #1) by Nat Burns

GENRE: Science Fiction, Lesbian Romance

The setting of the desert becomes a character itself with the description helping the reader be there. The characters are well developed and real people. The relationship that develops around Lily and Hunter is the type of romance we all want.

Once Burned (Soulmates Candy &Kathy, #1) by Agnes Hagadus

GENRE: Lesbian Romance

You can never go wrong with firefighters or bookstores in my book. The characters were developed enough to move the story along and keep you wanting more.  The issues both women have to work through give just enough conflict to draw the reader in.
